lots coloured brown on the tracing were resumed in 1903,
as they had never been taken up, and no Crown Rent had
been paid.

The only lots not yet dealt with
are Nos. 966 and 967 coloured green on the tracing, the
owners of which pay Crown Rent, but are not known at the
addresses registered in the Treasury. When they pay their
next instalment of rent, their names and addresses will be
noted, and extended leases will be offered to them.

-val of the foregoing arrangements under which premia
amounting to $24,023 and an increased annual Crown Rental
of $1,670 will be paid to the Government. I attach a state-
-ment shewing how this result is arrived at.
